JETS FINAL CUP - Feb 2008
Slough Jets are pleased to announce that they have secured the second leg of the Cup Final against local rivals Bracknell Bees for the 2008 Premier Cup.
Jets will travel to Bracknell on Thursday 14th February for an 8pm face-off and the second leg will be at the Hangar on Wednesday 20th February, 7.45pm face-off.

Burnham Garage supplies the jets with a Vauxhall Corsa - Oct 2007
In what promises to be a very exciting season, the Slough Jets are very pleased to announce a new sponsor to help them with their highly successful community work.

Burnham Garage has supplied them with a Vauxhall Corsa to enable the team to travel to different schools around both Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.

The Jets have a community mission, in that their goal is to serve as a positive force in the local community by assisting and supporting community organizations, charitable, and educational programmes.

"It is a high priority of the Slough Jets to be actively involved in our community and establish partnerships within the community," comments Jets Head Coach, Steve Moria. "This generous donation will allow us to do just that and provide us the means to better support our local community."

The Jets also announced today the team will once again be out and about in the local schools giving talks on health and fitness.

"Last year was a very exciting year for us because of the tremendous response we got from local schools," Moria comments. "We look forward to getting even more schools involved this season, especially schools in other areas of the counties. Our goal is to assist schools in motivating their students to achieve their goals."

Steve English, Manager of the Maidenhead branch of Burnham Garage Limited, the Vauxhall dealer for the Thames Valley comments "I'm delighted to be partnering the Slough Jets to help them further their existing community work. My son, Lewis, aged 7 plays in the Slough Junior Jets under 10s and loves the interaction between the Jets and the Juniors. If my contribution can assist them in some way then I'm very pleased."

Burnham Garage also support premiership team Reading Football Club in the ‘football in the community’ scheme which brings the world of professional football to local school children.
